We issue your invoice in Canadian dollars. At the time of payment, we calculate the exact Bitcoin equivalent at the current spot rate.
Send Bitcoin to Our Wallet
We provide our Bitcoin wallet address and the exact BTC amount. You send the payment from your wallet. Once confirmed, your service is scheduled or completed.

Bitcoin Payment FAQ
How is the price calculated when I pay with Bitcoin?
Your invoice is always issued in Canadian dollars (CAD). At the time of payment, we calculate the exact Bitcoin equivalent based on the current spot rate. You send that amount to our wallet address and the transaction is confirmed before or on the day of service. The CAD amount never changes once your quote is accepted.
Is there a surcharge for paying with Bitcoin?
No. There is no surcharge, processing fee, or premium for paying with Bitcoin. You pay the same price as any customer paying by card or e-transfer. The only difference is the currency.
Which cryptocurrencies does Beyond HVAC currently accept?
We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC) only, billed in the Canadian dollar equivalent at time of invoice. We are open to expanding our accepted cryptocurrencies in the future as the space matures.
Can I pay for a furnace installation with Bitcoin?
Yes. Bitcoin payment is available for all services including furnace installation, furnace repair, furnace maintenance, boiler installation, and all other heating services. Your invoice will be in CAD with the BTC equivalent calculated at time of payment.
Can I pay for an AC installation or repair with Bitcoin?
Absolutely. Bitcoin payment applies to all cooling services as well, including air conditioner installation, AC repair, AC maintenance, heat pump installation, and ductless mini-split systems.
Do I need a Bitcoin wallet to pay?
Yes, you need a Bitcoin wallet to send payment. If you already hold Bitcoin, you likely have a wallet set up. When your invoice is ready, we provide our wallet address and the exact BTC amount to send. Any standard Bitcoin wallet works, whether that is a hardware wallet, a mobile wallet, or an exchange account that supports withdrawals.
What happens if the Bitcoin price changes between booking and payment?
The rate is locked at the time your invoice is issued, not at the time of booking. Once you receive your invoice with the BTC amount, that amount is fixed for the payment window we agree on. This protects both you and us from rate fluctuations during the payment process.
Can I split my payment, part Bitcoin and part another method?
Please contact us to discuss split payment arrangements. We are flexible and happy to work with you to find a payment structure that suits your situation.
